Since we are both remodeling our homes we have been super into picking out our favorite pieces!  Sofas are one of those things that can make or break a room.

There are so many wonderful sofas and couches:  A few of my favorites are below:

My latest obsession has become English arm rolled sofas. I just purchased the Milo in Mist color from Anthropologie (below).

  I think Sofia Coppola’s sofa from House & Garden is what started my fascination.  

Sofia’s sofa is from George Smith and while it’s lovely I think I would be in trouble for buying a sofa with a price tag that could also be seen on a used car. They go for around $5,000-$7,000 dollars!

Restoration Hardware also has an option that is a bit cheaper  (still expensive though).  English arm roll sofa.

Fashion illustrations that rock

Check out this awesome artwork by Costa Rican artist Natalia Sanabria.   I adore her soft pencil technique and the way she knows just where to add splashes of vibrant color.

Then there is Jules....

Julie Bouiguerourene is a very talented illustrator from France. Living and working in Paris as a freelance illustrator, her work is full of freshness and energy, illustrating well the world of fashion and Street culture of today. During her world tour between Paris, Seattle, London and Tokyo she works with publications such as Wad or Elle Girl Japan.
